Terms of service

Seller. The seller's details are on the store's "Contact information" page.

Products. Photos show the product as faithfully as possible, but printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Prices. Prices are in euros. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before payment.

Orders. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If a product is not available, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Payment. You pay online when you order, using the methods shown at checkout.

Delivery. Times and costs are described in the shipping policy. Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.

Withdrawal and guarantee. You have 14 days to withdraw and the 2-year legal guarantee, as explained in the returns and refunds policy.

Designs. 630 Metri photos, logo and texts may not be reused without permission.

Personal data. We handle it as explained in the privacy policy.

Law and complaints. Italian law applies, along with the protections you are entitled to as a consumer. To make a complaint, write to 630metrishop@gmail.com. Disputes fall under the court where the consumer lives. You can also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body.
