Shipping policy

Where we ship: Italy, the European Union countries and the United States.

Times: each product is printed to order and then shipped. Orders for Italy and Europe are printed in Europe; orders for the United States are usually printed in the United States. Delivery usually takes 8–12 working days in Italy and 8–14 working days in the rest of Europe and in the United States. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date: it can take longer in busy periods, such as before Christmas.

Costs: shipping depends on what you order and where we ship it, and you see it at checkout before you pay. There are no customs duties within the European Union.

Tracking: when your parcel ships you get an email with a tracking link. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery problems: write to 630metrishop@gmail.com. Check your address carefully when you order: if a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, the new shipment is at your expense.
